With a donation from City of Cakovec and sponsorship of the Bioinstitut Company from Čakovec all the dogs in the shelter received their yearly rubies vaccination.
Vaccination passed without any problems thanks to Dr. Cmrecak and his team. Bioinstitut in Cakovec is one of our main donators, and their team under the professional leadership of Dr. Cmrecak is taking care of our protégées in the shelter during many years now.
They are providing regular vaccinations, castrations, surgeries, and helping animals in our shelter with a 50% reduced prices for their work and also they donate some castrations and surgeries.
During the year 2009, 20 animals had surgeries free of charge, and total amount of donation (through reduced prices of curing, medications and free surgeries) was 20464,19 kn.
Although we had such a big help and donations at the moment Association Prijatelji still has 30000,00 kn of unpaid veterinarian invoices. We are asking all good willing people to help us with donation to cover our debt to veterinarian, even a smallest donation is a big help for us.
