On Sunday, November 22, in a forest near the villiage of Horvati, in the Samobor region, starving, under the leaves beneath a bush, our neighbour Damir found the two black shorthaired female dogs.

 It is hard to describe the scene. Damir fed the dogs and took them home. Damir believes that they were alone for a long time. On Monday they were brought to the Samobor vets who treated them agains diarrhoea and parasytes. They were immunized as well. They are about 6 months old and weigh 16 kg and 14 kg. We believe that they will not grow much more. They are very lovely. We are training them to walk on the lead. For the time being they live in Damir's office, since there are two more dogs in the house, and the garden is small... Damir is taking over all the medical costs. He is also ready to prepare all the documents necessary for the dog to be able to be received by a family living abroad. It would be great if the two sisters could stay together :-)
